Pictures of Lily

Greeting Daddy in her chef's hat a few weeks ago.  I love the ruffled skort that Grandpa Marc & Grandma Kathy got her for her birthday.
Lils is really into jokes now. She loves putting things on her head and calling them hats... washcloth hat!
Filling her new water table at Grandma & Grandpa's 2 weeks ago.

She wouldn't go in the pool 2 weeks ago but she did run through the sprinkler.
It was 105* that day so we all enjoyed the sprinkler!
Last week, Lily actually went in the pool.  We'll see what she does today!
Riding her new trike (that she calls a bicycle) last night.
Waiting for a tune-up from Grandpa.
And pushing her new baby carriage last night.

Lily had another birthday party yesterday afternoon.  It was so much fun!  We got to spend more time with some of the other daycare parents and they're all really nice, fun people.  The kids were adorable too.  They played on the park playground, chased wild bunnies and gorged themselves on cake.  The party was close to my parents' house so we came here afterward.  For the 2nd week in a row, once Lily went to sleep, Matt and I went to the movies.  Since we slept over, we're just waiting for the sun to shine through so we can get out to the pool again.

In other good news, Judy had a doctor's appointment on Thursday and got really good news.  She doesn't have any new pseudocysts and her internal fluid build-up has decreased.  He assured her that she's going to have good days and bad days but that a few bad days in a row doesn't mean that she's getting worse.  She has her next appointment in October but it looks like she won't have the surgery to fix her pancreas until after the New Year.  In the meantime, she still needs to rest and recover but she can start to do things like go out to restaurants or shopping as she feels stronger.  We even went to dinner on Thursday night after her appointment!
